A former ballet dancer who grew up across the world, the United States, Germany, Taiwan. In the international city of The Hague he is building a sense of home again. He carries experience from FG Restaurant, De Librije and stages abroad. You will find him behind the stove, but just as often in the dining room.
From Brabant, and she brings its warmth with her, the kind that travels surprisingly well above the rivers. Her passion is the evening itself: people laughing, settling in, enjoying a good glass of wine or a well-made cocktail. She found her craft at FG Restaurant, and she leaves a part of her heart in Spain.

Kevin speaks more with his hands than with his mouth, and you taste it on the plate. He has worked in top gastronomy since the age of fifteen, at FG Restaurant, De Librije and De Juwelier. Precision, learned over years and shown without words.

Restaurant Galanthus is located on Prinsestraat and is easily accessible by car, bicycle, and public transport.
Arriving by car? Prinsestraat is accessible to vehicles; however, parking on the street is limited to a maximum of two hours. We therefore recommend parking at Q-Park Torengarage, which is just a 3-minute walk from the restaurant.
Travelling by public transport? The nearest stop is Torenstraat tram stop, just a short walk away, served by tram line 17.
Kneuterdijk tram stop is also nearby, served by tram lines 1 and 10.
Grote Markt tram stop is another convenient option, located less than a 5-minute walk away. From there, trams depart every 10 minutes towards Den Haag Centraal.
